The catalogue is intentionally short. Nothing is listed until we have handled it, and nothing stays listed once it stops being something we would buy ourselves.
Each piece has to pass the same three questions: is it made well enough to last, can we describe it accurately, and would we keep it. Where a material matters we name it plainly, because 'soft' and 'generous' are not information you can act on.

That means sizes and colours sell through rather than being restocked forever, and it means we can describe an item because we chose it rather than because it was offered to us.
